All of this means high-quality treatment, guaranteed every single time.

The 13CURE service is covered under the conditions of Medicare. This means, if you have a valid Medicare or DVA card, we will charge Medicare for the bulk-billed visits our doctors make to your home. With no cost to you!

We also provide urgent medications at no additional cost. Don't wait until you see your GP, don't make the arduous trip to the pharmacy, let us deliver your emergency medications directly to your home.

Following your appointment with our team, we will send a report directly to your GP the very next day. This brings your doctor up to speed on the treatment provided, medication prescribed or administered, and any further tests needed.

All reports - ranging from pathology to radiology - are delivered to your GP in this manner, ensuring that you keep on receiving the best quality of care possible.

Your ongoing care is our utmost priority. To secure this, we work with your GP to achieve the best results, and can even help you to get an appointment the next day at your local surgery.

What makes our service so special is that it's there for you when your normal GP is closed. This means peace of mind and high-quality care, 24 hours a day during the week.

When your doctor closes at 6 pm, we open up, offering seamless care with no compromise in quality. On weekdays, we operate from 6 pm in the evening to 8 am the following morning.

At the weekend, we run from midday on Saturday (bookings and phone queries open from 10 am) until 8 am Monday morning. Then we start all over again.
